The Windrush bowmen club strip is available to members in a variety of styles. Also available are woolly hats, sun hats and sew-on patches. You can download an order form here.
Your club needs you!
There’s always plenty to do and another pair of hands is much appreciated. At each evening shoot targets need to be put out and the beginning and got back in at the end.
Members also stage expeditions to local archery suppliers to buy new equipment – this is often an excuse to get new personal kit as well.
But the most work goes into maintaining our fantastic courses, both for our own field shoots and also for the open shoots we hold.
Have A Go
Windrush Bowmen take their have a go setup to the occasional fair and festival during the summer, offering the public the opportunity to hunt big game or besiege our medieval castle.
If you want to pull on some tights, then you can join the Windrush Free Company and turn up to the medieval themed festivals we attend. Tips and tricks for getting yourself kitted out without breaking the bank can be found in our handy guide.
